Kelly Bateman is the Managing Director for LG Finance. She has over 8 years of experience in staffing and resource management, as well as career performance management and mentoring. Kelly served as the Senior Staffing Coordinator for the Business Consulting division of Arthur Andersen, and most recently was an Operations Manager for Hitachi Consulting.

Her ability to develop solid business relationships through strong interpersonal skills gives her the understanding of the importance of networking and open communication. Kelly received her Bachelor of Arts in Law and Justice from Central Washington University and resides in Kent with her son Niles.
